POLICIES
Warranty: in case of a Warranty claim (not a shipping damage claim), You our customer will need to contact us
so we can solve the problem. We will replace the defective part in accordance with our
Warranty letter included in the products box. our customer should contact us and not return the product until
we analyze the case. Generally, a new part will be sent.
 
Shipping: all products are shipped through Fedex Ground. The shipping charges are included in our Drop shipping
Wholesale List.
 
Freight Damage Claim: If you our customer must in case of receiving a box reflecting eventual or obvious interior product
damage (concealed), you must sign the delivery receipt slip clearly indicating “DAMAGED PACKAGE”.
Then must carefully open the box, keeping all packaging materials (boxes, straps, bags, bubble wraps, etc…), and
check the contents. Carefully open the box plesse not tearing it apart, but just by cutting along the tape. Do NOT TO ASSEMBLE
the product until you have inspects that all parts are undamaged. If a part is damaged and the you whish a
replacement, we must request the Freight Company to pick-up the damaged product for inspection. The process will take a
few days. The product is insured. Nevertheless, you the customer does not cooperate with this prosest, we cannot send the replacement
part, as the freight company will not honor the insurance. In case of a damage report, contact us immediately. We must file the damage
claim no later than 15 days after delivery. Fortunately, these cases are around a 1%. but in the rare case if this procedure is not
followed, we cannot replace the damaged part.
 
 
Returns: all returns except those generated by a mistake on OD side or quality issues will be subject to a re-stocking fee.
The item must be sent freight prepaid, and only after requesting authorization for return. we will not accept returns sent freight collect.
The amount refunded to the customer will be the amount paid for the product.
